We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. The room was amazing; the furniture was new, comfortable and clean. The shower was perfect with hot water that made it even better. The location of the hotel was fantastic with just a short walk to the beach, and there were many restaurants nearby, both casual and fancy. We also enjoyed the heated pool and the poolside chairs with all the towels available to use. But the best part was the manager who was extremely nice and accommodating. He made sure that everything was perfect for us and even surprised us with flowers, dessert, and fruits on our anniversary.

Although the hotel was great, there were some aspects that need to be improved. The bathrooms were a little small, which could be a bit uncomfortable, and the rooms needed to be updated, which we were told they are currently doing.

The surprise in our room for my birthday made our stay at Rolo Beach so special. The hotel's excellent customer service and cozy, clean rooms were impeccable. The garden area was a tranquil retreat at night. We couldn't have asked for a better birthday celebration weekend. I highly recommend this hotel.
